1What documents do I need to rent a bicycle?

In order to rent a bicycle, an ID card number and a credit card are required to secure a deposit of 50 euros for normal bicycles and 100 euros for electric bikes.

2What does bike rental include?

The TT-3ways provides a padlock, helmets, and assistance in case of problems.

3 Is the bicycle covered by insurance?

No.

5 What are the road conditions of Porto for bicycles?

The users of bicycles in Porto have the possibility of enjoying a beautiful route side by side with the Douro River up to the mouth and extending along the beautiful beaches. You can see narrow alleys and ancient sidewalks, and enjoy the cycle paths that the cities have as well as the beautiful nature parks.

6How can I reserve the bikes for my ride in Porto?

You can book your bikes on the TT-3Ways website by sending us an email or at our store.

7May i cancel my reservation?

Yes, it is possible to cancel a reservation 48 hours before the start of the rental period. In these cases, only 10% of the amount already deposited will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded.

8How can I extend the rental of bicycles?

To extend the rental you should contact the store and communicate the new delivery date.

9If you have a mechanical problem with the bike?

Within opening hours we are ready to assist. You should contact us.

10Is it required to wear a helmet?

No, it is not.

Scooter

1 What are the documents needed to rent a Scooter/ Vespa?

Presentation of the identification document, driving license (type B up to 125cc and type A for remaining displacement according to European regulations) and a credit card as guarantee, about which we blocked the amount of € 300. The customer with a license issued by a country not belonging to the European Community, to rent the car must, along with the qualification itself within the period of validity, also show the international permit.

2What does scooter rental include?

The Vespa / Scooter rental includes a padlock, raincoats, gloves and helmets. All vehicles are covered by civil liability insurance.

3If i do not have experience driving 2 wheel vehicles?

Without experience the chances of accident or cause one are greater. So you should always consider whether you should take the risk.

4Where can i park the Scooter / Vespa in Porto?

In Porto there are several free parking lots reserved for motorcycles.

5How is the fuel procedure?

The TT-3Ways provides scooter / Vespa with full tank and must be returned under the same conditions. You should always supply the scooters and vespas with gasoline 95/ lead.

6 What is the minimum age to take children on Scooter / Vespa?

The age allowed by law.

7 What does Vespa / Scooter hire start ?

You can start the rental at the TT-3Ways store and deliver it to the same location within opening hours.

8 What happens in case of transgression?

If you violate the traffic code, you must pay the corresponding fine. In case of contravention, we will be obliged to transmit your data to the Police, who will send the documentation of the contravention directly to your residence. The bureaucratic work that will involve our legal department will have a cost of € 25 plus VAT according to the legislation in force for each contravention. The fine will be handed over by the police department for payment to be made.
